"The Bombardier" (Mel's chosen work)


Mel telling us about "The Bombardier".
Click on the photos to see the larger images. Notice how in both photos that the man's eyes follow you. An interesting technique employed by many painters. Hopefully more photos will be up in the next few days. I just have to abstract works that I cannot show without consent =p

    Oh, and it may of been mentioned that the literal movement of our bodies around the painting ties into our theme and perhaps even more can be layered on. Despite our position relative to the painting, his eyes are on us...maybe some meaning can come from that?
