Unfortunately a few of the works our group were interested in speaking about (Apex, and the two "Asian" sculptures are not allowed to be photographed without permission because they are loaned to the museum. I blurred out the sculptures and put a pixel effect over them as well. Do you believe this is acceptable? The reason being is I have more photos to post and upload but I don't want to be getting into legal trouble for doing so ;D

yay or nay?

I would say that you are probably safe in pixilating the images that we can't get permission to photograph. If we are clear that these images are for educational purposes, and that no money is being made (which it isn't), and on top of that, the images are pixilated like this one, then we are legally "off the hook."

I think it's okay but I would definitely ask the Prof as you know she likes to be 100% clear on issues, especially from a legal standpoint.
